Term 4 goals-tidy

I will try to keep my desk tidy til the end of the year I will do this by cleaning it every 2 or 3 weeks I will now I will have achieved this by having a clean desk by the end of the year.Because my desk is always really messy and sometimes I can't find anything and when I need to find something quickly.

Term 4 goals-focusing

For this term I will not talk as much because I am not getting my focused enough when I work.I will achieve this by working silently for 30 minutes a day so I can get my work done.I will know I have achieved this by getting a considerable amount of work done.

Term 4 goals-Guitar

I will get better at guitar for this term. I will achieve this by practicing for at least 15 minutes each school day. I will achieve this by the end of the year.I will know I will have achieved this by being able to change chords quickly and play better songs.

goals evalution-Work

I have been trying to give myself more work It has been working although it has not been helping me with my goal get faster at work and it has put me under a bit of pressure so it has been slowing me down a bit. I will not give myself as much pressure so I can work more efficiently and not take time trying to decide what to do.

I think that I have gotten a bit quicker at my work I have been trying to get quicker.But I might take it on until the end of the year so I get alot of work done and I am not under pressure.

I didn't do that at this goal I will keep it going but not as a goal so I still get fit .I will and show my effort by at least getting into the sprints team and try to get a ribbon and show the difference.

speech evaluation

I think that my speech went quite well but I should practice more. Everyone enjoyed the speech.

My steps for next time are practice more, try not to laugh and have my cue cards in order.

I now think that I should I have tried out for the speech finals.

Overall I really liked doing my speech and would like to do it again.
