This is were my term 3 goals are. I am proud of these because they show what I need to get better at
I will try to get faster at my work. I will achieve this by setting a deadline be for the proper deadline I know I will have achieved this by being able to do negotiables instead of non- negotiables

Matt some pretty good goals. I will remind you of these if this will help you. Possibly not so much more work but more about effective use of time would be a better goal. Also self review, look at your spelling of this one?
